Humility

_ Let go of anger, and abandon anger; Do not be upset, for that only causes evil (Psalm 37:8).

_ Among brothers, we must live in harmony with each other; Do not desire greatness, but love humility. Do not consider yourselves wise (Romans 12:16).

_ Consider, my brothers, that among you who have been called, not many wise according to the flesh, not many powerful, not many noble - But God chose the foolishness of the world. time to shame the wise; God has chosen the weak things of the world to shame the things that are strong - God has chosen the lowly and despised things of the world, and the things that are not, to make the things that are not exist - so that no one boast before God – For through Him you are in Christ Jesus, through whom God has made wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption for us – so that, as it is written: Let him who boasts boast in the Lord (I Corinthians 1:26-31).

_ For God seems to have exposed us apostles, as the last of all, as prisoners condemned to death, a spectacle for the world, for angels, and for men to see - We are fools. foolish for Christ's sake, but you are wise in Christ; we are weak, you are strong; You value us, we despise you - Until now, we have endured hunger and thirst, we have been naked, people have slapped us in the face, we have wandered here and there - we have worked hard with our own hands; when we are cursed, we bless; When we were persecuted, we persevered; when we were slandered, we exhorted; we were like the garbage of the world, the dregs of mankind, until this day (1Corinthians 4:9-13).

_ But whoever boasts, let him boast in the Lord - For it is not the one who boasts that he is worthy of approval, but the one whom the Lord entrusts (2 Corinthians 10:17-18).

_ My brothers, if someone accidentally commits a mistake, you who have the Holy Spirit should correct him in gentleness; But watch yourselves, lest you also be deceived - Bear one another's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ - For if anyone, though he is nothing, Whatever you think you are, you lie to yourself - Each person must test his own actions, then his boasting belongs only to himself, not to others (Galatians 6: 1 - 4).

_For it is by grace you have been saved through faith; and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, so that no one can boast. – for we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do (Ephesians 2:8-10).

_ Therefore, I, a prisoner in the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the position to which the Lord has called you - to be humble, gentle, patient, loving. Support each other – using the bond of peace to maintain the unity of the Spirit (Ephesians 4: 1 – 3).
_ Do nothing out of rivalry or vain glory, but in humility consider others more important than yourself. Each of you must look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others. Have the same mind as Christ had - He was in the form of God, but

_ Do not speak ill of anyone, do not quarrel, be tolerant, show complete gentleness toward everyone (Titus 3:2).
_ Therefore, do not give up your boldness, for which there is a great reward reserved for you - for you have need of patience, so that when you have done the will of God, you may receive what was promised to you (Heb. 10 : 35 – 36)

_ Count it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, knowing that the testing of your faith produces perseverance - but perseverance must have its perfect finish. , that you yourselves may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing (James 1:2-4).

_ You know this, my beloved brothers: Everyone must be quick to listen, slow to speak, slow to anger - for human anger does not bring about God's righteousness - Therefore, put away all impurity. and all remaining evil, receive with meekness the word planted in you, which can save your souls (James 1:19-21).

_For the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace to those who make peace (James 3:18).
_ But He gave me great grace again. Therefore, the Bible says: God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble (James 4:6).
_ Humble yourselves before the Lord, and He will exalt you (James 4:10).
_ Look, you boast about yourselves with arrogant words! It is evil to boast like this (James 4:16).

_ Therefore, my brothers, be patient until the Lord comes. Look at the farmers: They wait patiently for the precious produce of the earth until they receive the first and last rains. You too, be patient and persevere; For the time of the Lord is near (James 5:7-8).
_ You know that we call those who patiently endure suffering. You have heard of Job's patience, and you have seen the end that the Lord gave him; For God is full of mercy and kindness (James 5:11).

_ Also advise the young people to obey the elders. All must treat each other with humility; For God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble - Humble yourselves therefore under the power of God, that He may exalt you in due time (1 Peter 5:5-6).
